This opportunity supports a high-visibility cybersecurity modernization initiative within the Department of Defense, focused on coordinating deliverables, tracking executive taskers, and ensuring alignment across multiple technical and operational teams. Project Details / Mission Supported:
• Support a large-scale DoD cybersecurity modernization program, coordinating activities across multiple technical workstreams.
• Track and manage deliverables, milestones, action items, and leadership taskers to ensure successful project execution.
• Partner with government stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication, reporting, and cross-organizational collaboration. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
• 12+ years of experience supporting project coordination, program operations, task management, or strategic initiatives in a professional environment
• Experience planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams and workstreams
• Experience utilizing CATMS or a similar enterprise task management, correspondence tracking, or workflow management system
• Experience supporting senior leaders and communicating project status, priorities, risks, and deliverables
• Experience developing reports, briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications
• Knowledge of Department of Defense organizations, processes, and mission environments
