The Lucerne Group services the needs of the mobility industry by providing forged, cast, and stamped components for chassis, propulsion, and body structural applications. In addition to importing parts from our network of manufacturing partners, we have vertically integrated machining and assembly operations to increase our value add to our customers. Our next project is in the final stages of funding and will be launching in Q3 of this year (we cant share the details in this post, but as a teaser, it involves further vertical integration through onshoring manufacturing!).

Management of all general ledger accounting
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including the consolidation of multiple entities with intercompany transactions
Management of all treasury functions
Development and preparation of management reporting packages

Preparation of ad hoc analyses to support executive team
Management of annual independent audit process

Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferably related to the Automotive Industry)
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and cost accountingMeticulous attention to details

Comfortable setting up and operating ERP systems (ECI M1, Plex)
Comfortable working in a very hands-on entrepreneurial, high-growth enterprise
Undergraduate degree in Accounting
CPA and/or advance degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
