Job description

We are looking for a Project Scheduler, Associate to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Under detailed and guided direction, supports project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • This role involves collaborating with project team members to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using various scheduling tools.

Salary: $59,700.00 - $99,500.00 per year

Your Challenge:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Supports project managers in identifying critical path activities and resource allocation.
  • Assists Project Managers with the development of a Project Work Plan.
  • Creates and maintains project schedules depicting all project pre-requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of the Production Control activities as required per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM) for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects.
  • Monitors project progress and updates schedules accordingly.
  • Prepares and distributes schedule reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure alignment on timelines.
  • Identifies potential schedule risks and recommends solutions.

  • Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
