Project Auditors work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to review processes, documentation, and compliance with project standards. They often conduct interviews, request evidence, and facilitate meetings to clarify procedures and identify any gaps or risks. Maintaining open communication and building trust with the project team is essential, as auditors need accurate information to provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration is key, as the goal is to support project success rather than simply identify faults.

They analyze documentation, identify risks, and recommend improvements, often using auditing tools and techniques. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of industry standards such as ISO or PMI certifications.
