WHAT WE'RE AFTER...
Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Architect to lead projects in the Dallas, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role.
Project Architects (Healthcare) have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO....
  • Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
  • Lead ongoing communication and collaboration with team members in other Firm offices, proactively engaging on a daily basis.
  • Concept to complete construction documents
  • Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
  • Lead the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

  • Healthcare Design or Planning experience is a must
  • Licensed Architect in Texas
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated individual with growth mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the design process
  • Ability to work through fast paced projects
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
  • Independent problem-solving
  • Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
  • Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
  • Collaborate with in house teams across our three offices
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
