  • Work directly with project managers to support job cost tracking and financial visibility
  • Bring structure and consistency to processes that are ready to be improved
  • Free up leadership time by owning the details and execution

This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies

Collaboration & Business Support

  • Support budgeting discussions and financial planning
  • Provide insight into potential risks and areas for improvement

What makes someone successful in this role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • CPA, CCIFP, or similar certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

What you'll get in return
  • A role where your work has immediate, visible impact
