  • Come to work ready to work

  • Commitment to punctuality for all scheduled meetings and events
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and actively contribute to a collaborative educational environment
  • Follow Administrative guidelines
  • Proactive attitude/solution oriented
  • The nature of what we do and how we succeed at KUA requires that the scope of every position may periodically change based on operational demands to ensure we are meeting or exceeding every student's educational requirement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Genuine passion for education and a steadfast commitment to student success
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment

Kids Unlimited offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Health insurance, paid time off, extended sick leave, and 401k.
  • Professional development each summer.
  • Daily collaboration with colleagues who are all 100% dedicated to the success of every child.
  • Opportunity to make a profound impact in the lives of children and be a part of an exciting change in the educational landscape of Southern Oregon.
