Job Summary

Our Partner team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our team. We seek a selfless leader who is organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and is proficient in people management. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, managing team performance, and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze and improve business processes to achieve partner team goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support professional growth.
  • Standardize, document, and continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks and manage workloads to ensuretimelycompletion of deliverables andoptimalresourceutilization
  • Design and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and promote career progression
  • Enhanceteamproductivity by standardizing and documenting efficient work processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a technology liaison and subject matter expert, supporting teamproficiencyin relevant systems and tools.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
  • Represent the team inorganizational projects and initiatives, providing strategic input and advocating for team needs.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build andmaintaina talented, diverse team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
  • Depending on team, this role may alsocultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuringhigh levelsof satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
  • B.S.Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience (3-5 years preferred), includingdemonstratedexperience leading and developing a high performing team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Eligible to work in the United States
