Job description

Third Future Schools is a high-achieving and growing network of charter schools. The network's school in Waco, TX, South Waco Elementary, is looking for 4th and 5th Grade teachers. South Waco Elementary teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students who are assigned to their class and for all the students in the school. They are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.

Classroom teachers receive great support. Lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided to the teachers by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants makes copies and grade papers for the teachers. Teachers also have minimal duties and only four days a month.
