- Provide guidance and support to residential staff in crisis prevention and intervention.
- Deliver direct crisis intervention using Safe Crisis Management (SCM)
- Ensure compliance with all Critical Incident Report requirements, including documentation, staff debriefings, and follow-up coordination.
- Assist in evening and off-campus programming, ensuring proper staffing ratios across all units.
- Participate in physical crisis interventions, including restraints, when necessary.
- Maintain consistent presence within the residential units to ensure safety and support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of experience working with children, preferably in a residential or behavioral health setting
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to physically participate in crisis intervention procedures
