Summary/Objective
This role is responsible for being a support system to an LCI team.
Essential Functions

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a seasonal hourly position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager.
Travel
Travel would be minimal and primarily local during the business day.
Required Education and Experience
    1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR concentration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
    2. Preferred junior or senior standing in an accredited college or university program.
    3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
    6. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
    7. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
