**This is a Work Experience position available through Employ NV Youth Hub. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.**

Position Summary

The Programming Coach collaborates with the Head Coach and clients to design individualized training programs based on each client's abilities, goals, and limitations. While the Head Coach handles in-person sessions, this role focuses on program design, online coaching delivery, and client communication through Trainerize.

This coach also contributes to generalized training programs used for online sales and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design customized training programs for clients
  • Collaborate with Head Coach to align programming with in-person assessments
  • Manage assigned online clients via Trainerize
  • Provide feedback, adjustments, and check-ins
  • Participate in client goal reviews and progress tracking
  • Develop scalable programs for:
  • Online sales
  • Challenges
  • Special populations
  • Maintain high standards for safety, progression, and clarity
  • Create I.E. Health branded exercise demonstration videos
  • Uphold IE Health training philosophy and methodology

Required Qualifications

  • Certified personal trainer or strength coach
  • Strong understanding of exercise programming and progressions
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt programming to various abilities and injuries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trainerize or similar platforms
  • Background in corrective exercise or special populations
  • Familiarity with IE Health or performance-based training models
