Senior ServiceNow Developer ITSM Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
- We are looking for an innovative and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts by bridging ITSM processes with robust ESG frameworks.
- This role is ideal for a professional with 610 years of ServiceNow development experience who is passionate about streamlining service delivery, integrating sustainability metrics, and creating impactful workflows that drive both operational efficiency and corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Architecture ITSM Development
- Solution Design Implementation
oArchitect, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions covering core ITSM functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
oTransform business challenges into digital workflows that comply with ITIL standards, ensuring a scalable and efficient IT service delivery system.Scripting Automation
oDevelop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to automate routine tasks, enforce data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience.
oUtilize Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools to automate key IT and ESG processes, driving consistency and efficiency across operations.
