Job description

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Engineer looking to support a major utility-scale Solar Construction project? Do you thrive in a challenging, site-based environment where your documentation and coordination skills directly contribute to success?

B.H. Inc., a rapidly growing leader in construction services, is looking for a skilled Field Engineer to join our team, working at the Milford, UT site. This pivotal Field Engineer role offers a competitive pay of $29-$36 per hour (depending on experience) including site specific per diem every day worked, earned and paid weekly. Qualified applicants are eligible for Per Diem.

Relocation costs are NOT covered for this position.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Qualifications

We're looking for a dedicated Field Engineer who meets the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent preferred. High school diploma/GED is required.

  • Prior recent experience in a similar construction role is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle Primavera, scheduling, and estimating experience is preferred.

  • Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a team-oriented environment, performing both mental and physical labor, and working in extreme weather conditions.
