JOB SUMMARY The Business Process Data Administrator works under the general direction of the Director of Supply Chain & Corporate Systems and supports senior leadership with business systems and process improvement across operations, manufacturing, inventory, and corporate functions.

This role operates at the intersection of business operations and IT, supporting system functionality and process efficiency. This role partners cross-functionally to analyze workflows, manage data, support ERP systems, and assist with the development of internal tools, scripts, and system enhancements, ensuring efficient, accurate, and sustainable business processes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RESPONSIBILITY TIME SPENT Business Systems & Workflow Improvements 30% Cross-Functional Communication & Project Support 10% Data, Reporting & Analysis 30% Technical Support & Automation 30% Business Systems & Workflow Improvement Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to understand business challenges, current workflows, and system-related pain points.

Document workflows, requirements, business rules, and improvement opportunities. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve business processes. Collaborate with shop floor personnel and cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.

Cross-Functional Communication & Project Support Coordinate and facilitate working sessions with users, managers, and cross-functional teams. Translate business needs into clear technical or system requirements Communicate project progress, risks, constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Support user training, documentation, and adoption of new tools or process changes.

Data Reporting & Analysis Analyze data to support process improvement efforts, root-cause analysis, and operational decision making. Use SQL, Excel, Python or similar tools to query, validate, and troubleshoot business data. Build and maintain basic reports, dashboards, and operational data views.

Help identify data quality issues and recommend corrections.
