Overview


SwiftX is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainees to join our Operations Leadership Program. This one-year rotational development program is designed to cultivate future operations leaders through structured training, hands-on operational experience, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development.

Participants will gain exposure to warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and operational support functions while receiving mentorship from experienced leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, Management Trainees will be placed into leadership-track positions within the organization

Program StructurePhase 1: Warehouse Learning Rotation (Months 1–3)
  • Complete onboarding and foundational operations training
  • Learn warehouse processes, SOPs, safety requirements, and operational workflows
  • Rotate through multiple warehouse functions and locations
  • Develop an understanding of the end-to-end logistics operation
Phase 2: Hub Operations Rotation (Months 4–6)
  • Participate in hub operations, dispatch coordination, and transportation activities
  • Take ownership of assigned operational responsibilities
  • Support KPI achievement and daily operational management
  • Learn cross-functional communication and problem-solving techniques
Phase 3: Operations Support Rotation (Months 7–9)
  • Rotate through operational support functions such as:
    • Pickup Operations
    • Data Analysis
    • Network Planning
    • Transportation Operations
  • Participate in process improvement and operational optimization projects
  • Analyze operational performance and support business initiatives
Phase 4: Final Placement & Leadership Development (Months 10–12)
  • Receive advanced role-specific training
  • Participate in management and leadership development programs
  • Lead assigned projects and operational initiatives
  • Complete final evaluation and transition into a permanent role

Requirements

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for career growth
