Job description

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide comprehensive analytical support services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Information Management Division's (IMD) Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) Vetting Branch 1 (VB1).The DPM supports the Project Manager (PM) in all aspects of project execution, taking on primary responsibility for specific tasks or areas of the project as assigned by the PM. DPM plays a key role in risk management, and problem resolution, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The DPM will collaborate closely with the PM to maintain alignment with contract goals and objectives, providing support for successful project delivery.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award.
Location: Onsite at the Records Operation Center (ROC): 170 Marcel Drive, Winchester, VA 22602.
Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS): 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV, 23606.
Hours: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Contract personnel may work flexible hours based on their needs as long as they are present during IMD core work hours, 9:00am to 2:30pm.

Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Client: FBI IMD EVC Administrative & Analytical Support (AAS)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides research and threat analysis and production.
  • Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the requestor's information and technical support requirements.
  • Under certain circumstances, presents briefings to personnel designated by EVC leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
  • A Bachelors degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques is required.
  • Professional skills in program management and leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
  • Skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.
  • Ability to ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by EVC Leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the COR and other EVC analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
