Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:
Lead multiple concurrent client programs from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.

Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners. Build strong relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels.

Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep programs on track.

Governance & Reporting:
Establish and maintain program governance structures. Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Financial Oversight:
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure cost-effective delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business operations, construction, procurement, and legal to ensure seamless execution.

Process Improvement:
Contribute to PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field (preferred)

7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in telecommunications or infrastructure

Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-client programs

Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, network deployment, ISP, OSP)

PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SiteTracker)
