Job Summary:
Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a mission-focused federal IT program in Washington DC. The Program Coordinator will help organize and execute program activities across federal IT delivery teams, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination of meetings and reporting.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข support day-to-day program coordination, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and Agile delivery activities for a secure federal IT program
โ€ข organize and execute program activities across federal IT delivery teams by tracking actions, schedules, meetings, metrics, status reports, deliverables, Jira and Azure DevOps items, and program documentation
โ€ข support recurring reporting
โ€ข maintain program artifacts
โ€ข coordinate meetings and follow-ups
โ€ข help ensure program information is accurate, organized, and available to program leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 7 years federal IT project/program support experience
โ€ข Experience managing schedules, risks, resources, and cross-functional delivery
โ€ข Experience supporting SLA/KPI tracking, operational reporting, or service delivery management
โ€ข Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred:
โ€ข PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL v4
โ€ข Secure environment experience
โ€ข Experience supporting large teams, service desk or infrastructure operations, Agile delivery, performance dashboards, workforce planning, or continuous improvement initiatives.
