Provides mammographic images for diagnostic interpretation. Obtains pertinent clinical information to aid the radiologist in the diagnosis. Participates in image management and ensures equipment and supplies are available and in appropriate working order. Participates in the ongoing QI and QA programs.
Education:
* Graduate from an accredited Radiology Program
* Associate Degree
Experience:
* Two Years experience in related area
Credentials:
* ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technology
* ARRT - Advance Certificate in mammography
* CRT - Certified Radiology Technology
* BLS - American Red Cros sor American Heart Association
