The Role
As part of our Axis Trainee Program 2026, you will be assigned to a specific area-such as Operations, Finance, People, or Growth-based on your academic background and professional interests. You'll become the "go-to" person for key processes within your team, ensuring that every project is tracked, documented, and executed with excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Take charge of core tasks within your assigned department, from managing investor data to supporting internal strategy.
  • Master world-class tools (like Zendesk, ClickUp, or CRMs) to keep our global engine running smoothly.
  • Ensure our information is audit-ready and consistent across all platforms.
  • Work side-by-side with our US leadership and international teams on a daily basis.
