Zantech is looking for a talented Sr Program Analyst to provide acquisition program management and program analysis onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

This role will provide acquisition program management and analysis for planning and execution of federal programs at different acquisition category levels through understanding of DoDI 5000.02 and acquisition streamlining initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide acquisition advice based on comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, laws, and procedures
  • Review and provide guidance for program documentation updates supporting acquisition process
  • Coordinate and track approval of program documentation for Milestone Decision Reviews
  • Partner with federal officials in execution of efficiency, cost saving, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Support knowledge management efforts

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • Acquisition management
  • Program analysis
  • DoDI 5000.02
  • Performance metrics analysis
  • Strategic planning
  • Stakeholder coordination
  • Stakeholder engagement

Preferred Certifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • DAU certifications
  • PMP
  • Acquisition certifications

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
