We're looking for someone with:

    • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, troubleshooting, automation, and workflow development

    • Strong interest in and aptitude for learning emerging AI technologies, with the ability to apply AI tools to operational workflows and problem-solving

    • Strong knowledge of video advertising ecosystems, particularly within CTV and programmatic environments

    • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills

    • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities, with experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues

    • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to identify root causes, explain technical concepts clearly, and guide stakeholders toward solutions

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term scalable solutions

  • Preferred

    • 6+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, ad tech, programmatic advertising, solutions engineering, or related fields

    • Experience developing and optimizing media strategies for performance-driven advertising campaigns

    • Understanding of the programmatic advertising call chain, including VAST and OpenRTB protocols

    • Experience troubleshooting ad requests and API interactions using tools such as cURL and browser developer tools
