Sodexo is hiring a Conference Services Manager for a growing life sciences account in Boston, MA, Monday-Friday, with career advancement on a brand-new team. You'll run all events and conferences, helping clients plan and set up seamless experiences.

You’ll manage catering, AV, BEOs, and room bookings using CaterTrax or similar systems, handling events up to 1,000 guests. Comfort working in a fast-paced events and catering environment is a must, along with managing multiple priorities and ambiguity.

• Play a key role in planning and executing dynamic live events and meetings with cutting-edge technology
• Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals to deliver exceptional service and support

• Experience managing audiovisual operations, including video, audio, and live broadcast systems in a fast-paced environment

• Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting complex AV systems to ensure flawless execution of events
• Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, ensuring every detail is accounted for from setup to wrap-up

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Related Experience: 1 year
