Job description

The Social Services Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department to ensure residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs are met. This role serves as a liaison between residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to promote quality care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social service programs that support residents’ well-being.
