Summary:

In this role, you will support adoption, value realization, and operational execution across the Reveal program. You will partner with clients and internal teams to support client engagement, program delivery, and growth initiatives. You will translate data, analytics, and platform capabilities into actionable insights while coordinating cross-functional activities that enhance the client experience and program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption, expansion, and growth of the Reveal platform by coordinating client opportunities and business initiatives.

  • Communicate Reveal data, analytics, and platform functionality to demonstrate business and clinical value to clients and suppliers, positioning market leading capabilities.

  • Build relationships with clients and business partners to support satisfaction, retention, ongoing engagement, and new business development.

  • Lead business reviews, performance discussions, client enablement, training, and ongoing support.

  • Manage program activities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and client communications.

  • Monitor program performance and KPIs, prepare updates, and identify risks or opportunities requiring action.

  • Translate data, analytics, and platform capabilities into actionable insights that support client and supplier decision-making.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate user needs, support reporting and dashboards, and facilitate issue resolution.

  • Support product initiatives by documenting business requirements, coordinating launches, and incorporating client feedback.

  • Apply AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, assessments, and deliverable development while evaluating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience supporting program management, consulting, sales, product, or client-facing initiatives.

  • Experience coordinating projects or client engagements across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, or deliverable development while applying professional judgment to validate outputs.

  • Experience with healthcare data, analytics platforms, or SaaS solutions, including familiarity with dashboards, KPIs, or reporting tools, preferred.

  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product environments preferred.

  • This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the Irving, TX office.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
