Job description

Position Title: Program Security Officer (PSO) / Program Security Representative (PSR)
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
U.S. Citizenship required
OMNI is seeking for Program Security Officer (PSO) provides day-to-day program security support and execution. Responsibilities include access management, visitor control, foreign travel reporting, security incident reporting, classified meeting support, security documentation, and compliance with customer security requirements.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day program-level security operations in support of the government Program Security Officer.
  • Process and maintain program access rosters, indoctrinations, debriefings, and visit certifications.
  • Coordinate visitor control, including verifying clearances and access approvals for classified visits and meetings.
  • Track, process, and report foreign travel in accordance with program and agency requirements.
  • Support classified meetings, conferences, and briefings, including logistics, access control, and material handling.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation (SSPs, security education records, program security files).
  • Report and document security incidents, infractions, and anomalies to the Security Manager/government PSO.
  • Support security education, training, and awareness (SETA) activities for program personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience (10+ years) supporting program or special access program (SAP) security functions.
  • Working knowledge of personnel, physical, and information security procedures applicable to SCI and/or SAP programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD Manual 5205.07 (SAP) and/or ICD 705 series requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining security records and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CI Polygraph
  • Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Special Security Officer (SSO)/Special Security Representative (SSR).
  • Experience supporting DCSA or IC customer security inspections.
  • Familiarity with security case management systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS, SIMS, Scattered Castles).
