They are seeking a Technical Project Manager with considerable experience in Data & Analytics projects to manage and deliver large, complex global programs, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Should take responsibilities of Project management, tracking deliverable, taking ownership on deliverable and deliver on time.
• Experience in delivering large and complex multi-years global programs/projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and flexible approach to their application.
• Proven track record of working with offshore teams to deliver multiple projects running in parallel.
• Strong understanding of cross-dependencies in large technical programs and resolving technical inter dependencies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Should take responsibilities tracking deliverable, taking ownership on deliverable in an onsite-offshore model and deliver on time.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in Multi-vendor & multi matrix organization/environment.
• Strong ability to multitask several items & work independently and manage one's time.
• Ability to develop & maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization.
• Prior experience in Data and analytics projects is a must.
• Prior experience in Retail Consumer Banking is a plus.
• Experience preferably in Client Genesis Retail will be a plus.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT including considerable experience in Data & Analytics projects.
