Job description

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead small to medium-scale application development and infrastructure deployment projects within a dynamic, matrixed environment. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from planning and forecasting financials to managing risks and stakeholder expectations-ensuring the successful delivery of complex assignments on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead diverse, cross-functional IT teams, including internal staff, vendors, and co-located/remote teams, through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Financial & Resource Management: Oversee capital and operational expense forecasting, manage project budgets, and effectively lead matrixed resources to resolve conflicts and influence successful outcomes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, manage scope, and mitigate risks using established methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring requirements are met and expectations are proactively managed, including reporting to Senior Leadership.
Methodology Oversight: Apply expertise in various systems development life cycles (e.g., Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) to adapt to specific project needs.
Prioritization: Successfully balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role; 3+ years in an IT capacity with a working knowledge of applications, databases, networking, and telecommunications.
Technical Proficiency: * Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and Portfolio Management software (e.g., Clarity PPM).
Office Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PowerBI.
