Job Description
Do you want to be part of our successful Graduate Development Program (GDP) supporting top clients for Turner & Townsend across the U.S. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Digital Construction Project Analyst to work in our growing team.
The route to becoming a professional at Turner & Townsend involves development in various competencies. The Turner & Townsend GDP has been designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program.
As part of Turner & Townsend, the USA Digital business unit has a rapidly growing team of colleagues sitting across the country who are responsible for providing Digital products and services to our clients.
Our digital services cover Digital Advisory, Strategy and Transformation, Data and Systems Strategy, Data and Technology Project Management, Data Analytics and Automation, BIM and Information Management and Digital Project Controls.
The Digital track within the USA GDP Program track provides each successful candidate with the opportunity to work as Digital Construction Project Analyst on a wide variety of the above Service Areas with clients across a wide range of sectors including High Tech, Transport, Healthcare, Rail, Energy, Telecoms, Defense, Government, Finance and many more!
The Program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, and experience is based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service.
The Digital track is offered for 2027 starts at our New York, NY, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Austin, TX, Nashville, TN and San Francisco, CA locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.
  • Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and compelling way.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Support the running of workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products and service improvements, project managing the roll-out of products/processes/services and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement exercises.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
