Job description

Job Summary:
MSITEK is seeking an S/4 Project/Program Manager to lead a multi-organization transformation program from legacy ECC to S/4HANA. The role involves managing large-scale implementations, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and maintain detailed project schedule
โ€ข Resourcing
โ€ข Issue/risk management
โ€ข Status reporting
โ€ข Coordinating with other teams, including technical and ECS
โ€ข Support candidate vetting process to onboard SAP roles
โ€ข Responsible for managing the quality of on-time submission and approval of SOW Deliverables to the customer
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Managed multiple S/4 (preferably RISE) implementations
โ€ข Managed large-scale, multi-organization implementations
โ€ข Strong knowledge of SAP Integrated Toolset
โ€ข Ability to travel (50%+)
โ€ข Flexible and able to work well with others in a collaborative and flexible manner
โ€ข Experience with Finance, Procurement, PS/PM, Sales and Manufacturing modules a plus
โ€ข Experience writing and negotiating SOW's
โ€ข Prior experience succeeding within a Fixed Fee project
โ€ข Consulting background
โ€ข Project Manager with S/4HANA project experience with core PM skills in: Project Planning, Project Resource Management, Realize Workshop Management, Solution Support, Testing Oversight, Defect and Escalation Management
โ€ข Must work very collaboratively with the Delivery Executives, customer PM, and the Team Leads with expectation of leading daily and weekly status meetings
โ€ข Must work onsite in the customer's location at least part time, prefer candidates are based in the East and Central US time zones
โ€ข Must have a working knowledge of S/4HANA with an emphasis on Financials, Procurement, PS, PM, and O2C
โ€ข Ability to explain and adhere to the Activate methodology is required
