Description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy integration platform to a modern integration platform. This position will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and a cross-functional project team to coordinate project activities, facilitate communication, track progress, manage documentation, and help ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside technical and business stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise integration technologies, agile project management best practices, and a large-scale IT initiative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program.

• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating potential schedule, resource, or dependency concerns as needed.

• Support coordination of integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing activities, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.

• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders.

• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and project governance sessions.

• Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document decisions, and track action items through completion.

• Escalate project issues and ideas to direct leadership with clarity, timeliness and professionalism.
