CLIENT JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a technical Program Manager. Join this dynamic small company where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our aerospace programs. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Program Planning & Execution: Lead comprehensive program planning from inception through delivery, including development of baseline schedules and milestone definition 
  • Customer Deliverables Management: Oversee the development and timely delivery of customer SRDLs, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met 
  • Design Review Coordination: Plan, organize, and facilitate critical design reviews throughout the program lifecycle 
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, tracking performance against baselines and managing Expected Time to Complete (ETC) 
  • Contract & Scope Management: Provide expert knowledge of contract content and statement of work requirements 
  • Customer Relations: Function as the company's primary customer program representative, ensuring quality requirements are met or exceeded 
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify program issues and lead resolution processes

Education or Equivalent Experience: 

  • Bachelor of Science (BS), Engineering or Program Management plus 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager.
  • Technical background in aerospace industry highly desirable


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Position may require travel both domestic and international 
  • Anticipated pay rate: $55+/- per hour 
  • Contract to permanent likely
