Program Manager

The Program Manager
•Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
•Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
•Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
•Customer Relations - Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers
•Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, Accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, Contracts, Sales techniques and Manufacturing procedures.
•A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
8+ years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.BSME is required, preferred - Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
Regular employees scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are offered: health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; long term disability coverage; and life and accident insurance. We also have an employee assistance program. Our leave programs include Vacation and PTO time off, paid holidays, as well as other types such as bereavement, and any applicable federal and state sick leave. Salary range 140-175K/yr.
