Job Description

Based in our Montgomeryville, PA facility, the Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer-funded and internally funded programs. This role serves as the primary focal point between customers and internal functional teams, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met while supporting business objectives. The Program Manager leads cross-functional program teams, manages project financial performance, monitors risk and opportunity plans, and drives execution through all phases of the program lifecycle. This position works closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service to ensure commitments are achieved and customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Lead assigned commercial, defense, and development programs from award through delivery and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for program status, deliverables, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Monitor program performance against technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Contracts.
  • Lead regular program reviews and communicate status to senior management and customers.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete (ETC), and resource requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving corrective actions when required.
  • Support proposal development, program planning, and new business pursuits.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate transition of new products and development programs into production.
  • Drive resolution of program issues impacting customer deliveries, revenue recognition, or project profitability.
  • Maintain program documentation, action item tracking, and configuration of program deliverables.
  • Manage government and customer-funded projects requiring detailed reporting and milestone achievement.
  • Support monthly business reviews, financial reviews, and executive program status updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of program, project, operations, or engineering management experience.
  • Experience managing complex technical products, manufacturing programs, or customer-funded projects.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and cost tracking.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Security clearance preferred.
