PageWide Industrial is transforming personalized communication applications by accelerating the analog-to-digital transformation in spaces where inkjet provides added value. To accelerate growth and build on the success to date, the business intends to lead on the transformation of print production ecosystems. We want to design a fully connected, AI-driven industrial print ecosystem of people, hardware, and software-one that learns, connects, and increasingly acts autonomously, enabling seamless collaboration between brands and PSPs, augmenting people, reducing operational complexity, and turning production into a reliable, scalable system for growth and control.
The Strategic Partner Manager and Business Lead is responsible for executing the business strategy for the PageWide Packaging segment including managing the relationship with the strategic partners that are critical to the design, manufacturing and go-to-market of the PageWide solutions for the Packaging market. This person leads a cross-functional team and provides business context and guidance to ensure execution is aligned with strategic direction and business goals are met.
Responsibilities
  • Manages business performance of the Packaging Segment. Articulates and socializes business strategy, defines and tracks KPIs and triggers corrective actions as needed.
  • Leads business relationship with strategic partners on behalf of PageWide Industrial. Manages executive engagement, ongoing joint partnership reviews. Facilitates on-going communication between partners and HP cross-functional teams.
  • Builds businesses case for new investments.
  • Drives promotion and awareness of HP in the packaging market.
  • Supports trade shows and joint marketing activities with partners.
  • Facilitates project execution with extended teams and issues resolution as needed

Education & Experience Recommended
  • College degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in product management, business strategy, or technical leadership within industrial printing, manufacturing automation, or enterprise SaaS
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, market development or business development
  • Digital printing and/or analog production experience, with knowledge of whole ecosystem (media, workflow, presses, finishing)
  • Proven experience managing partner engagements, including contract negotiations and performance reviews
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage both technical operators and C-suite decision-makers
  • Excellent influencing, consensus building, and conflict-resolution skills
