Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Creative Operations Program Manager who focuses on project management, workflow orchestration, stakeholder alignment, timeline management, and operational rigor across the creative development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day execution of creative initiatives from intake through final delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
* Ensure projects remain on schedule by proactively identifying risks, blockers, and resource constraints
* Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and operational reviews
* Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
* Support intake, planning, prioritization, routing, and approval processes across the creative organization
* Ensure work follows established operational processes, governance requirements, and workflow standards
* Maintain accurate project data and reporting within Workfront and other operational systems
* Partner with Operations leadership to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
* Support adoption of new workflows, tools, and operating procedures
* Partner with Campaign Team, Strategy, Creative, Design, Copy, Production, Platforms, and external agencies to align schedules and project requirements
* Coordinate handoffs between teams throughout the creative lifecycle
* Ensure stakeholders have visibility into project status, key decisions, dependencies, and delivery timelines
* Help resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when needed
* Assist with resource planning efforts by identifying workload constraints, competing priorities, and timeline impacts
* Support Operations leadership with project tracking and capacity reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or program management experience
* Experience supporting creative, marketing, advertising, or production teams
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Preferred:
* Experience working within a creative agency, in-house creative team, marketing organization, or production environment
* Familiarity with creative development and production workflows
* Experience coordinating external agencies and vendors
* Experience supporting resource planning and capacity management
* Knowledge of digital asset management platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
* Experience operating within highly matrixed organizations
Success Measures:
* Projects delivered on time and within agreed-upon milestones
* Improved visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies
* Effective coordination across creative, campaign, production, and agency partners
* High adoption of established workflow and governance processes
* Increased operational efficiency and reduction of delivery bottlenecks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
