Job Purpose
The Program Manager to the VP of Technology Infrastructure serves as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational integrator across the infrastructure organization. This role is responsible for driving execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across compute, network, storage, shared services engineering, collaboration, end-user services, ITOM, ITSM, and ServiceNow platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Roadmap & Portfolio Management
  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end Infrastructure roadmap
  • Drive roadmap definition, prioritization, and sequencing
  • Maintain integrated initiative view, dependencies, and milestones
  • Establish governance processes and KPIs

2. Executive Communications & Reporting
  • Develop executive presentations and reporting
  • Provide status, risks, and mitigation updates
  • Translate technical initiatives into business messaging

3. Program & Project Oversight
  • Oversee cross-functional programs
  • Manage risks (including audit response), dependencies, and execution alignment

4. Leadership Support & Cadence Management
  • Manage staff meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate all-hands and leadership forums
  • Support operating model maturity across teams

5. Events & Travel Coordination
  • Oversee the planning leadership events, offsites, and travel logistics partnering with area Administrative Assistant

6. Vendor & Contract Management
  • Coordinate approach used across Infrastructure for hardware, software, and services contracts partnering with Infrastructure tower leads, procurement and IT Finance point persons
  • Assist with the management of renewals and vendor relationships

7. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Ensure coordination across infrastructure domains
  • Support transformation and automation initiatives

8. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain documentation and tracking across initiatives

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$100,070 - $157,470 USD
