Job Summary:
Walker Digital Table Systems is seeking a Product Manager – Partner & Integrated Solutions to manage products and features that depend on third-party hardware, software, and service providers. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration and performance across partner technologies and involves coordinating across internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support development of roadmap for partner-dependent and integrated solutions.
• Define product requirements that incorporate third-party technologies and constraints.
• Evaluate new partner technologies and integration opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and partners to ensure successful integration and deployment.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines related to third-party components.
• Support testing, certification, and compliance processes for integrated solutions.
• Serve as a primary product point of contact for external technology partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner capabilities with product needs.
• Support vendor coordination, capability assessments, and performance discussions.
• Manage backlog, prioritization, and release planning using Jira or similar tools.
• Monitor product performance, reliability, and customer feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration quality and partner collaboration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience managing products with third-party integrations or dependencies.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software integration challenges.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for backlog and workflow management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage them to improve productivity and automate routine tasks.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Valid passport required and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Preferred:
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in casino gaming, gaming technology, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
• Experience working with hardware integrations, devices, or partner ecosystems preferred.
