Job description

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Program Manager to join the Product team, focused on driving cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. This role will support complex, company-wide initiatives-such as new product launches, international expansion, and go-to-market programs-requiring close alignment across product, engineering, growth, marketing, membership services and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder management, and brings strong program management discipline to move fast without losing track of the details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs by aligning internal and external stakeholders across product, software, growth, and other key stakeholder teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, including regular status updates and cross-functional coordination
  • Anticipate, track, and manage risks and issues, driving timely resolutions and surfacing blockers proactively
  • Lead programs through change and ambiguity, ensuring teams remain aligned and focused on outcomes
  • Provide operational support and insights for strategic initiatives such as product launches, market expansion, and other high-impact company programs

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, product, or project/program management
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for driving alignment and clarity
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a bias toward action
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and change; ability to create structure and drive execution without all the answers
  • Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks
  • Passion for health, human performance, and WHOOP's mission
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

Interested in the role, but don't meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience.
