Position Summary

The Digital Program Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue across multiple home service brands. This role focuses on performance marketing, demand generation, campaign optimization, and ROI while partnering with internal stakeholders and agency partners to maximize marketing effectiveness.


The ideal candidate has experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and lead generation campaigns, preferably within the home services industry and a private equity-backed, high-growth environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns.Β 
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies.Β 
  • Launch and optimize seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new service initiatives.Β 
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.Β 

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Β 
  • Track KPIs including Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue.Β 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.Β 
  • Recommend strategies to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.Β 

Demand Generation

  • Develop paid media strategies that increase qualified lead volume.Β 
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.Β 
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution within CRM and ServiceTitan.Β 

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to review campaign performance and implement improvements.Β
