Job description


  • Establish and run the operating system model, business processes, and tools for channel transformation

  • Build, maintain, and provide visibility into workstreams, milestones, RAG status reporting, dependencies, risks, blockers, requests, and meeting cadences

  • Build and maintain milestone and traffic-light status templates

  • Run recurring status refresh cycles and prepare updates for the SVP and CRO

  • Identify at-risk milestones and **escalate** them through the appropriate channels

  • Own weekly, monthly, and executive review cadences, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups

  • Maintain decision logs and ensure closed-loop follow-through on action items

  • Optimize meetings by ensuring each has a purpose, owner, and next step

  • Maintain ask and dependency trackers for channel workstreams

  • Chase commitments to closure and **escalate** stalled dependencies

  • Hold leaders accountable for their commitments

  • Partner with the VP Strategy & Transformation to create repeatable operating-system templates

  • Refine templates based on leader adoption and usage

  • Build a reusable transformation toolkit

  • Prepare consolidated status, risk, and dependency reporting for the Channel SVP, Channel LT, and CRO

  • Own the single source of truth for transformation status


Requirements

  • 5–8+ years running PMOs, transformation offices, or enterprise program management in a matrixed organization

  • Experience building and running milestone/status tracking systems, including traffic-light reporting and dependency trackers, across multiple leaders or teams

  • Experience designing and protecting operating cadences for senior executives

  • Familiarity with Stafford Beer's Viable Systems Model desired

  • Experience working directly with SVP/C-suite stakeholders and holding senior leaders accountable

  • Background supporting Sales, Channel, Partner, or GTM organizations preferred

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
