Daikin Applied Americas (DAA) is seeking a talented Sr Manager, Digital Delivery. The Senior Manager, Digital Delivery leads Delivery Managers who each have responsibility for their own delivery teams delivering custom software solutions, digital products, enterprise platform enhancements, system integrations, and modernization initiatives that support business objectives and technology strategy. Under broad direction, this role is responsible for planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and overseeing delivery activities across multiple teams or portfolios while ensuring alignment to the SDLC, software engineering standards, quality expectations, governance practices, and organizational objectives. What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Digital Delivery Managers responsible for delivery execution across multiple software engineering teams
  • Oversee delivery of custom software solutions, digital products, enterprise platform enhancements, system integrations, and modernization initiatives across multiple teams or portfolios
  • Manage delivery planning, prioritization, forecasting, resource allocation, capacity management, dependency coordination, and cross-team execution
  • Direct adoption and execution of software delivery methodologies, engineering standards, governance processes, and SDLC practices across Delivery Managers and their teams
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, business stakeholders, and senior technology leaders to align delivery execution with business objectives
  • Monitor delivery performance through metrics, dashboards, portfolio reporting, risk reviews, and outcome-based measures
  • Develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate Delivery Managers while supporting hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning activities
  • Drive continuous improvement, engineering effectiveness, delivery predictability, stakeholder transparency, and team health across the delivery organization
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex delivery risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and organizational impediments
  • Support strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap execution, and technology transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical work experience in software development, enterprise application delivery
  • 10+ years software engineering/delivery experience
  • 6+ years leadership experience and demonstrated experience leading managers or multiple delivery teams
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • 12+ years software delivery experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing Delivery Managers, leading multi-team portfolios, and driving delivery governance across enterprise software or digital product teams.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,100 - $221,900 (+ 25% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
