Job description

The Program Manager for Next Generation Integrated Air and Missile Defense Capability provides leadership and strategic direction for enterprise-wide integration and delivery of advanced weapon systems. This role demands expertise in systems acquisition, kill web architecture, risk management, and coordination of testing and deployment, focusing on accelerated MVP capabilities.Qualifications:Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position; you must show that you possess the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ) within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. Resumes exceeding two pages will be disqualified.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQ): All applicants must be able to address accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications in a structured interview assessment:
  1. Extensive knowledge and experience providing strategic planning and management of major acquisition programs, including the ability to review, analyze, and resolve complex technological and program management issues for major defense weapon system programs, with a focus on accelerating the deployment of critical capabilities, effectively communicating these efforts to Congress, and collaborating seamlessly with other government agencies.
  2. Extensive skill managing complex programmatic baselines and deep knowledge of integrating diverse ground, sea, and space-based sensors, interceptors, and fire control components, with a proven track record of rapidly incorporating new technologies and solutions into existing systems, effectively communicating these advancements to Congress and working collaboratively with other government organizations to ensure successful program execution.
