USSOCOM J6 PMOSS - Program Manager (Key Personnel) Candidate Profile
BI-SI Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel on a proposal supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J6 Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS).
This is NOT a traditional commercial Program Manager position. We are seeking a senior Government contractor or former Government leader with significant Department of Defense enterprise IT Program Management experience.
Required Experience
10+ years leading DoD or Federal Government IT programs
Experience managing multiple contracts, workstreams, or large support teams
Experience serving as the primary interface to Government leadership
Experience managing contract deliverables, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction
Experience with strategic planning, executive reporting, and risk management
Experience supporting enterprise-level IT organizations
Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs)
