Job description

We made history and now we work to transform the future - for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.
In this position...
  • The Transformation Office Data & Reporting Program Integration Manager owns integrated execution across the Core Modernization data-to-reporting value stream. This role manages the flow of work from business requirements and data mapping through ODPS/Semantic Layer exposure, Data Warehouse consumption, reporting and downstream application build, UAT validation, and launch readiness.
  • This position provides the connective layer across delivery teams by maintaining an integrated view of schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, readiness, and impacts to key data and reporting teams. The role drives execution discipline through Jira and Agile delivery practices, facilitates cross-team collaboration, escalates unresolved risks with fact-based recommendations, and ensures leadership has clear visibility into delivery health and go-live readiness.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong program, transformation, or delivery management experience; proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives; expertise in planning, dependency management, governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder facilitation, and executive communication; and the ability to influence alignment and outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  • Integrated Visibility: Maintain a single, unified view across Data Migration, ODPS/Semantic Layer, Data Warehouse, Reporting, downstream applications, and UAT to ensure end-to-end lifecycle alignment.
  • Cross-Team Facilitation: Drive collaboration from requirements through validation, ensuring data mapping has full team participation, progress tracking, and a formal change process for reopening completed mappings.
  • Sequencing & Coordination: Manage sequencing across data mapping, availability, warehouse consumption, report builds, and downstream application testing while aligning with other key initiatives' milestones and impacts.
  • Risk/Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify gaps, conflicts, and risks, facilitating resolution before they threaten milestones or deliverables. Maintain an integrated log of risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies, driving resolution of cross-workstream issues.
  • Integrated Planning: Build and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and readiness plans spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Reporting, Testing, and Transformation Office teams.
  • Critical Path Management: Track critical path activities, escalating concerns with clear, fact-based options and recommendations.
  • Release Support: Support PI, release, and go-live planning wherever data, reporting, or downstream applications sit on the critical path.
  • Decision Facilitation: Lead decision-making forums on complex delivery topics, ensuring outcomes are documented and actionable, and escalating unresolved items through governance forums.
  • Traceability: Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through mapping, semantic layer exposure, warehouse consumption, reporting, and testing.
  • Execution Transparency: Drive Jira hygiene, dependency tracking, and dashboard reporting to ensure accurate status and readiness data across teams.
  • Leadership Reporting: Prepare concise updates on status, risks, issues, decisions, and readiness health for leadership.
  • Readiness Tracking: Monitor readiness of critical data assets, reporting capabilities, and validation activities, partnering on UAT planning and issue resolution.
  • Launch Alignment: Connect reporting readiness to broader launch, training, and go/no-go planning, giving leadership clear visibility into launch preparedness.
  • Success Outcomes: Ensure integrated visibility, managed dependencies, full traceability, and that data/reporting workstreams meet program commitments and launch readiness expectations.

Qualifications
You'll have...
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of project, program, transformation, or delivery management experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple delivery teams.
  • Strong planning, dependency management, governance, and execution oversight skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, decisions, impediments, and executive escalations.
  • Advanced Jira and Agile delivery experience.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.

Even better you'll have...
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale technology delivery programs.
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration, warehousing, analytics, reporting, and testing processes.
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience operating within Agile Release Train delivery models.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, scorecards, or readiness reporting.
  • SAFe, PMP, Agile, or related program management certification.
