Primary Care Physician

Guaranteed Earnings up to $333,000 | Southern Colorado

We are in search of a caring and team-oriented Primary Care Physician to become part of our expanding integrated care network. This position offers competitive guaranteed earnings, an excellent work-life balance, and comprehensive clinical support, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: your patients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed annual earnings between $261,000 and $333,000

  • Compensation is not based on productivity or wRVU

  • FTCA, GAP, and Tail malpractice coverage provided at no cost

  • Utilization of EPIC EMR system with Dragon and AI-assisted documentation tools

  • Integrated services including on-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Perinatal Care, and Dental

  • Collaborative medical staff comprising 20 Physicians and over 40 Advanced Practice Providers
