We are seeking a Program Integrator who will provide critical support to the Assistant Product Manager within the Common Autonomous Multi-Domain Launcher (CAML) team. This position provides integrative support across all functional areas to ensure programmatic alignment, timely execution of tasks, and synchronization with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will actively support day-to-day operations, track and manage high-priority taskings, and assist in the preparation of briefings and leadership updates.
Responsibilities
  • Serving as the principal integrator across functional teams (engineering, logistics, contracts, budget, and operations) to ensure unity of effort and consistent communication.
  • Coordinating with internal Army organizations and external stakeholders to track actions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Developing and managing schedules, action trackers, and battle rhythm events to support program planning and execution.
  • Assisting the APM in preparing high-quality presentations, leadership briefings, reports, and decision materials, including inputs to GO-level engagements and milestone reviews.
  • Monitoring and managing operational taskings from higher headquarters (AFPO, PAE, ASA(ALT), etc.) to ensure timely responses and coordinated input from all stakeholders.
  • Maintaining situational awareness of program performance, key risks, and decision points; flagging critical issues to APM and leadership.
  • Supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and ad hoc meetings to document decisions and ensure follow-through.
  • Supporting travel coordination, meeting logistics, and site visit planning for program events, including some travel to contractor and government locations.
  • Providing continuity of operations during leadership absences and assist with onboarding new personnel.

Required
  • BS or BA degree
  • 8 years' experience in an Army acquisition environment supporting a project or product office
  • Demonstrated strong experience in program integration
  • Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance

Desired
  • Experience with Army missile programs
