Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Hospital Program & Mobile Operations Coordinator to support the Government Program Management Office and Program Manager for the Rural Health Program (RHP). In this role, you will work as part of a small, highly collaborative team in a dynamic environment, helping to coordinate complex stakeholders, technologies, and workstreams. Every team member will play a direct role in advancing the program's mission to improve health outcomes and access to care for rural communities, and we are looking for someone with a strong passion for rural health.
What You'll Be Doing:
Initial Program & Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to design programs that address unique rural health challenges, such as limited specialty services, higher chronic disease burden and transportation barriers
  • Participate in technical requirements gathering, solution and interface design, configuration, integration, and testing for all technology workstreams [Artificial Intelligence (AI) documentation/coding, AI portal, population health/cybersecurity, mobile IT]
  • Collaborate with PM on work plans based on customer scope of work packages to include project execution approach, risk management, project schedule, and project budget.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately - both orally and in writing
  • Collaborate across various departments to craft solutions to meet patient needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Logistics & Operations Support
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels on mobile clinic for critical items such as medications, IV fluids, personal protective equipment, point-of-care tests, and oxygen, recognizing that stockouts in a remote facility can have serious consequences due to distance from alternative suppliers
  • Collaborate with supply chain, materials management, and clinical teams to review inventory data, usage reports, and purchase histories to identify patterns such as chronic backorders, high waste due to expiration, or inconsistent par levels
  • Assist on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance and provide solution for inventory optimization. schedules, or customer priorities
  • Conduct detailed logistics analyses to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs by evaluating operational data, and ensure that all findings and recommendations align with organizational goals and performance targets.
  • Safely operate the medical unit to and from locations, following strict schedules and routes.
  • Ensure the van complies with all motor vehicle codes, maintaining travel logs, mileage reports, and following, or ensuring adherence to, patient confidentiality (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc

Data Management & Reporting
  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools to track metrics, build dashboards, and create presentations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records in shared drives or collaboration platforms
  • Support data collection and reporting on key operational, logistics, and implementation metrics.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work well with other team members,
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external organizations to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to solve complex problems and track detailed information individually or as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Valid Class D driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment, often up to 30-50 lbs.
