Job description

Global Integrated Campaign Program Manager
Our Marketing team is looking for a marketing professional to help us make smarter, sharper decisions about our content, across our integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will evaluate our full body of existing content, use data to uncover synergies across the portfolio, and shape an ongoing strategy for what to amplify and optimize, and how to make our best content last longer and hit harder.
This is a great fit for a marketing professional from a technology or financial services background who's as comfortable digging into performance data as they are thinking creatively about how to reinvent existing content to nurture prospects during lengthy sales cycles.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate our existing content across campaigns, channels, and regions to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for synergy
  • Use performance data to determine what's working and should be expanded or amplified, and what's underperforming and needs to be reworked, repositioned, or retired
  • Identify content gaps against the buyer journey and key personas, and recommend where new investment is needed
  • Develop strategies to extend the life of existing content: repurposing, reformatting, and updating it for new channels, audiences, and moments
  • Generate new, more engaging ways to present existing content, from format changes to fresh angles and distribution approaches
  • Partner with content, creative, demand gen, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Partner with marketing operations to track performance against KPIs and use data to continuously sharpen our content

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in content and nurture marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide content and channel decisions
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and content/reporting dashboards
  • A track record of turning underperforming or aging content into stronger-performing assets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working cross-functionally and across time zones
